All fees paid to Hoststack.pro are generally non-refundable once a service has been activated, including hosting subscriptions, setup fees, and most add-ons. That matches what we publish on the canonical refund page—please read it in full before you order.

We may consider limited exceptions only at our discretion, such as verified duplicate charges, failure to activate within the stated window before you use the service, or where applicable Indian consumer law requires a remedy.
