Digital delivery — no physical shipping

Hoststack.pro provides web hosting, SSL certificates, and related digital services (we do not sell domains on this marketing site—use your preferred registrar). We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All products and services offered on this website are delivered electronically over the internet.

No physical delivery address is required. Services are accessible through your hosting control panel (cPanel) and our client portal at client.hoststack.pro.

Service activation timeline

Upon successful payment confirmation, your service will be activated and credentials delivered electronically as follows:

  • Shared hosting plans: Activated within 1–4 hours of payment confirmation. Login credentials are emailed to the address provided during sign-up.
  • Domain registrations: Registered within 15–60 minutes of payment confirmation (subject to registry availability).
  • SSL certificates: Issued within minutes after domain ownership verification is complete.
  • Add-on services and upgrades: Provisioned within 1–12 hours of payment confirmation.

In rare cases (public holidays, high demand, manual review), activation may take up to 24–48 hours. If your service has not been activated within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

How you receive your service

After activation you will receive:

  • A welcome email with your cPanel login URL, username, and a link to set your password.
  • Access to your client portal at client.hoststack.pro where you can manage services, view invoices, and open support tickets.
  • DNS nameservers to point your domain to our infrastructure (if purchased separately or externally).

Please ensure your email address is accurate at the time of order. Credentials sent to an incorrect email cannot be recovered without identity verification.

Failed or delayed delivery

If you do not receive your service credentials within the stated activation window:

  • Check your spam or junk mail folder for the welcome email.
  • Log in to the client portal to verify your order status.
  • Contact us at [email protected] with your order/invoice number.

We will investigate and resolve delivery issues promptly.
