Frequently asked questions
Last updated: April 18, 2026
Short answers for common questions. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy control if anything conflicts with this page.
What services do you provide?
We sell shared hosting accounts on our infrastructure with cPanel access, email, databases, and standard tooling. Exact limits depend on the plan you purchase.
How do I get support?
Open a ticket through the client area or email the address shown on your invoice. Include your domain name, a clear description of the issue, and any error messages. Emergency security issues should be labeled as urgent.
What is your uptime goal?
We target high availability and proactive monitoring. No host can promise 100% uptime. Planned maintenance may occur with notice when possible.
Do you protect against DDoS attacks?
We use layered network protections and sensible rate limits. Very large attacks may require upstream mitigation or temporary filtering. Details depend on your plan and our upstream providers.
How do backups work?
Backups may be scheduled automatically based on your plan. Retention periods and restore options are described at signup and in the client area. You should also keep your own off-site copies of critical data.
Can I send bulk or marketing email?
Only in line with our acceptable use rules and applicable anti-spam laws. Mass mailing often requires a dedicated provider. We may suspend accounts that harm IP reputation or violate policy.
What is your refund policy?
All fees are non-refundable unless we state otherwise in writing for a specific promotion. See our Terms of Service for the full no-refund policy and limited exceptions.
How does invoicing and renewal work?
Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Payment is due by the due date shown on the invoice; renewals are charged to the payment method on file unless you cancel in advance. You can review and pay invoices any time from the client area.
What happens if a payment fails?
Typically: reminder emails, a short grace period, then service suspension until the balance is cleared. Exact timing is defined in your billing system and Terms—keep them aligned.
How do you use my personal data?
We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy, including account administration, billing, security, and legal compliance.
