These three DNS authentication records are the baseline requirement for reaching the inbox in 2026 — without them, your campaigns will land in spam or be rejected outright by major Indian ISPs and Gmail/Outlook.

Can I send transactional emails (order confirmations, OTPs) on the same plan?

Yes, transactional and marketing emails can both be sent from your account. We recommend using separate subdomains (e.g. mail.yourdomain.com for marketing, transact.yourdomain.com for transactional) to protect your transactional deliverability from any marketing bounce impact. Our team can advise on setup.

What happens if I exceed my monthly email volume?

Overage emails are charged at a per-email rate (visible in your plan details). You can also upgrade mid-month to a higher plan tier if you have a campaign coming. We will send you an alert before you hit your limit so you are not caught off-guard.

Is there an unsubscribe management system included?

Yes. Unsubscribe links are automatically included in every campaign email. When a recipient clicks unsubscribe, they are removed from future sends for that list automatically. This is legally required under Indian spam regulations and global email best practices. Do not disable it.
