What the guarantee covers
- New shared hosting accounts — first purchase only (Starter, Business, Ultimate plans).
- Both monthly and annual plans qualify.
- One claim per customer / organisation.
What is not covered
- Renewal payments.
- Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals.
- SSL certificates, dedicated IPs, VPS, dedicated servers, migrations, and all add-ons.
- Accounts terminated for policy violations.
How to claim
Email [email protected] with subject Money-Back Request — Invoice #[number] within 30 days of your order. Refunds are processed in 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Outside the 30-day window, all fees are generally non-refundable once activated.
